All this week, Matt, Polly and Geraint from the new Capital Breakfast show have been spending time in businesses and workplaces across South Wales to raise money for Help a Capital Child.

For every work place we visited we asked that you donate a minimum of £100 to Help A Capital Child, supporting young people living with cancer.
