Terms and Conditions for Mutiny Festival Ticket Competition on Capital Breakfast with Adam Inker

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to win tickets to Mutiny Festival radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 6th July 2015 to 10^th July 2015 on Capital (the “Radio Station”). 2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must: Listen to the breakfast show between 6-10am on Monday 6^th – Friday 10^th July 2015 and when you hear the specified song by Adam TEXT ‘MUTINY’ to ‘83958’ 

3.1 One winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entrants.

Eligibility:

4. Entrants must be aged 18-years-old or over and be a UK resident.

4.1. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

5. One winner, per show, will receive four tickets to Mutiny Festival at Fontwell Park, Hampshire on Saturday 18^th and Sunday 19^th July 2015.

6. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for its cash value.

6.1 All winners must accept the venue’s Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Travel, food and accommodation are not included in the prize.
