Young Woman Attacked In Southampton Park

Police are looking for a man who attacked an 18-year-old woman in a Southampton park.

She was walking through Hoglands Park when she was approached by a man who asked her for the time.

The man then grabbed her jacket and one of her legs. She was able to run away in the direction of Capital House.

The woman received a bruise to her leg.

Nothing was reported stolen in the assault, which happened between 9.20am and 9.40am yesterday morning (Thursday 20 November).

A suspect was described as:

- Black
- Aged in his early 20s
- Skinny build
- He was wearing a grey/black tracksuit top and bottoms, dirty blue hat, and a yellow JD sports bag.
