Two Men Charged After 'Drug-Related' Murder

Two men have been charged with murder in connection with the shooting of Jahmel Jones in Southampton.

The 23-year old was found with a gunshot wound at a property in St. Marys Street on Saturday 20th April, and died later in hospital.
 
Pierre Lewis, 20, and Isaac Boateng, 21, both from London, have been charged with his murder. Lewis appeared before magistrates in Southampton on Monday 29th April. Boateng appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday 30th April. Both men were remanded in custody and will appear at Winchester Crown Court on 14th May.

Officers are also questioning a 19-year-old man arrested in London overnight. He's the tenth person to be arrested in total.
