Third Man Charged Over Jahmel Jones Murder

A third man has been charged with murder in connection with the shooting of Jahmel Jones in Southampton.

The 23-year old was found with a gunshot wound at a property in St. Marys Street on Saturday 20th April, and died later in hospital.

A 19-year-old old man from London was charged on the evening of Thursday 2nd May. Jemmikai Orlebar-Forbes is due before Southampton Magistrates Court on Friday 3rd May.

Pierre Lewis, 20, and Isaac Boateng, 21, also from London, have already been charged with the murder and have been remanded in custody. Both will appear at Winchester Crown Court on 14th May.

So far ten people have been arrested in connection with Jahmel's death.
