A 16-year-old boy has died following a collision at a moto-cross event near Winchester.

The teenager, named locally as Bradley Hooper, from Farnham, Surrey, suffered serious injuries yesterday in the accident involving another young motorcyclist at a track at Down Farm in Headbourne Worthy.

The second rider, a 15-year-old boy also from Farnham, suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries.

A Facebook page has been set up in memory of Brad named after his race number, 23.
