Ringwood Gun Shop Raided

Police are appealing for information after a burglary at a gun shop in Ringwood.

Thieves broke in to Lambert & Wiltshire Gun Smiths in Market Place, Ringwood on Monday, October 21 at around 7.45pm. 

It’s believed the burglary involved three men wearing hoodies and tracksuits. 

They were driving a white panel van. The burglars stole a large amount of clothing worth around £8,000. 

This included, tweed coats, Beretta jackets, Currys waistcoats, and jackets made by Seeland, Musto and Deerhunter. No guns nor ammunition were taken and nor was any attempt made to take them. 

Officers would like to speak to anyone with information about the burglary and in particular to a man who told a woman to call police after witnessing the men breaking-in.
