Legal Highs To Blame For Gosport Death?

Police are investigating the death of a 35-year-old man from Gosport.
South Central ambulance service were called to an address in Rogers Close on Friday July 5th.
The man was taken to Queen Alexandra hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious at the moment.
Next-of-kin were informed, but police say they will not be in a position to confirm his identity until all formal identification procedures are completed.
Investigating officer, DS Liam Davies of Fareham CID said:
“We are exploring the possibily that this death may be linked to ‘legal highs.
“We would like to take this opportunity to remind members of the public of national advice warning people that they can increase their risk of death if they combine drugs with alcohol or any substance that causes a ‘high’.”
