Inquiry Continues Into BMW Driver's Death

Police are continuing to investigate a fatal road traffic collision in Southampton.

Jason Dollard, 30, of Greenwood Avenue, Rownhams, died following the crash at the roundabout junction of the A3057 and M271 at around 8.30pm on Saturday, August 6, 2011.
 
The black BMW Three series he was driving went out of control and came off the road. No-one else was in the car and no other vehicles were involved.
 
Sergeant Andy Lynch from the Road Death Investigation team said: 

“We understand Jason had been out with friends in Southampton and was driving home.
 
“I’d like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who saw the vehicle, registration number KC57 XBT, driving through Southampton.”
