EFIT Released Of Waterlooville Flasher

Police in Havant have released an e-fit of a man who indecently exposed himself to an 11 and 12-year-old girl.

The girls were walking through an alleyway between Jasmine Grove and Springwood Avenue in Waterlooville when a man passed them.

The man then turned back to pass the girls again, this time exposing his genitals to them. The incident happened on Sunday, December 4, between 3.30 and 3.40pm.

The man is described as:

-White

-Around 60 years old

-Around 5ft 11ins tall

-Wearing black zipped fleece jacket, black trousers and walking bootsHe had a bald head with just some thin grey hair on top

PC Carla-Marie Appleby said:

"While the man did not speak to the girls or physically approach them, this is still a worrying incident and we have increased patrols in the area and conducted house to house inquiries.

"It is possible that this incident is linked to another on December 1 where a man of a similar description exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl in the Queen's Inclosure opposite Winscombe Avenue.

"At this stage we would advise people to take all the usual sensible precautions with their personal safety, such as sticking to well-lit and busy areas and walking with a friend where possible.

"We would appeal to anyone who recognises this description or e-fit to contact us."
