Cash Boost For Pompey

Portsmouth Football Club will have enough cash to see out the Championship season.

Pompey have reached a deal with The Football League over a series of payments worth around 200-thousand pounds a month.

Administrator Trevor Birch says it doesn't guarantee their survival, but it does buy more time as he attempts to sort out their finances.
