CAPITAL SCOTLAND – Take the Capital Scotland Motoring Survey and Win £1,000 Cash

RULES

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/scotland/win/motoring-survey/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Communicorp UK (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to “Take the Capital Scotland Motoring Survey and Win £1,000 Cash”’ competition (the “Competition") which begins on 16th April and will end on 30th April on Capital Scotland (the “Radio Station”).

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com/scotland/win/motoring-survey/and complete the survey.
From all entries received, the Research & Insight Director will choose a winning entrant based on a random selection formula.

The winning entrant is final.

Eligibility:

Nominators must be over 18 and proof and identification may be required

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition

You have to live within the Capital Scotland TSA to be eligible to enter:

Prize:

£1,000 cash

Communicorp UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
