T&C: IRN BRU Carnival on Capital FM Scotland December 2014

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘The IRN BRU Carnival’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on 19th Dec (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is 105 -106 Capital FM.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the studio on 08452 777 106 the opening and closing times of competition will be given out on air.

A caller will be selected at random and brought to answer a question
The winner will be contacted directly by Capital.

Eligibility:

18’s and over only

Prize:

The winner will receive an IRN-BRU Phenomenal ticket giving four people entry into the hall and 10 vouchers each, every day of the IRN-BRU Carnival. The ticket can be passed on to friends and family for their use. No cash alternative available.

The winner will be contacted by telephone or email and will then be required to collect their prize at the Organiser’s office at the IRN-BRU Carnival.
