Ljunberg Revives Celtic Career

Celtic signing Freddie Ljunberg's being given the chance to start tomorrow for only the second time since joining the club in January.

Parkhead Manager Neil Lennons picked him for the squad that will face Athlectic Bilbao.

So far the Swede's only started once in their Scottish Cup game against Berwik Rangers despite signing a deal thought to be worth around 20 thousand pounds a week.

Lennons lost 15 first team players to international dutys ahead of tomorrows friendly so Ljunbergs been given the chance to show his skills in front of a 60 thousand strong crowd in the Basque country.

His contract's due to end in May but gives Celtic the option of keeping him for another 12 months.
