Fire crews were called to a community centre in East Lothian after a 14 year old got trapped trying to 'slam dunk' herself as a challenge.
Its thought she was trying to pass through it feet first but got into trouble when her clothes bunched up around her.
A friend of the girl called firefighters who arrived at Wallyford Community Centre around 7.745pm.
They used a ladder to climb up and smooth out her clothes so she could wiggle free.
Lothian and Borders Fire Service said the girl suffered no injuries apart from to ``her pride''.
