Favourite gig you’ve ever been to?
So so many- loved Lady GaGa  at Brixton, Robbie at Knebworth and our Summertime Ball was also incredible. Also pleased that I caught MJ’s HIStory tour, twice!

O2 and Brixton Academy

What’s your favourite ‘wake-up and get the breakfast on’ track?
Breakfast is a rarity for me- but Killers Human or Dizzee’s Holiday would do it!

What’s your favourite Sunday morning track?
Nice and chilled- maybe a movie soundtrack? Classic Motown would work for me too!

What’s your favourite ‘getting ready to go out’ track?
Kanye Love Lockdown or MJ’s Don’t Stop til You Get Enough!

What’s your karaoke track of choice?
I’m terrible, but Tom Jones Delilah... ahem!

What’s the best thing about working at Capital?
Everything..seriously and the fact I get to meet stars on a daily basis!

Favourite show/DJ on Capital
That’s a tough one as I ove them all naturally! Do love hearing the callers on Dave’s night show and the Big Top 40 with Rich and Kat.

What’s your favourite London place?
Sunny day in Kensington Gardens or South Bank

Favourite drinking hole in London?
K West

Favourite Restaurant in London
Iberica Tapas on Great Portland Street

Favourite place to get away from it all in town
The Crypt restaurant is cool and any of the museums- especially Natural History.

Favourite thing to do in London
Besides covering red carpet premieres in Leicester Square, has to be a speed boat on the Thames.  

Favourite place to go shopping
Loving Westfield right now and Covent Garden

Favourite show you’ve seen in London
I’ll pick the last one I watched, Thriller Live..so much better than I expected. Yes, I’m a huge MJ fan but go see it!

Tell us a little known fact about this glorious city of ours
Did you know that each of the 32 capsules on the London Eye, weighs 10 tonnes. To put that figure into perspective, it's the same weight as 1,052,631 pound coins!

What makes you laugh?
Mitchell and Webb big time and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Oh and my flatmate!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Trust your instincts.

How would your best friend describe you in three words?
Probably say Indecisive, Tall, Generous. I hope!

What’s your favourite movie and why?
Probably Star Wars Empire Strikes Back but love so many movies..

Who do you call when you get good news?
My Dad and then my best mate

Which bit of your body do you like the least?
Don’t like my feet..!

Why didn’t you ask me about...
The time I introduced Take That to Paul McCartney... the time I bumped into Duffy in Italy and the time I introduced Leona on stage at her first ever UK gig!

What were you like at school?
I behaved but talked too much. I was good at English, history and music.

I’m most proud of...
Climbing Snowdon and Scaffell Pike for charity and the time I made radio shows for a best mate who was seriously ill in hospital. Proud of some of the interviews I’ve done too.

Jack and coke, or glass of pinot!

Worst job I ever had
Never actually had a rubbish job- even my paper round went well!
