Most listened to track on my iPod? Have it on shuffle all the time as love all the stuff on there!

Most embarrassing track on my iPod? Hmmmm, this is bad, Five - Keep On Moving, reminds me off good times and parties with friends!

Favourite gig you’ve ever been to? Basement Jaxx couple of summers back with mate Lucy, we just danced all night long like loons, it was awesome!

Favourite live music venue? Roundhouse in Camden , had some fun nights there, good price at the bar and sounds great!

London Stuff

What’s your favourite London place? Love being down by the Thames, anywhere along there is good with me from sitting at the Elephant Royale down Docklands way having a bite to eat to walking along southbank up past Hays Galleria and possibly stopping for drink in the Horniman pub or just chilling on a nice sunny day at Richmond Lock

Favourite drinking hole in London? Discovering new ones all the time, love Waxy O'connors in town, The Winchester on Essex Road in Angel , The Cock and Dragon round corner from me in Cockfosters.

Favourite Restaurant in London? Too many to choose from, Yo Sushi for the simplicity and quickness, Cocoon on Regent St for the lush food, Rotisserie in Whetstone for the best steaks and good service...I could go on, like my food!!

Favourite place to get away from it all in town? Trent Park , its just round the corner from where I live in Oakwood, so big you can walk round for ages and not see another person in summer great to just take a book and chill in the sun

Favourite thing to do in London? Hang out with mates and explore, so much to see and do dont think Id ever get bored!

Favourite place to go shopping? Made Man in Cockfosters for some v cool threads, Route 66 outside Southgate Station , Carnaby Street and can often be found bagging a few bargins at Brent Cross !

Favourite show you’ve seen in London? Easy, Avenue Q!! Love going to the theatre, used to love Starlight Express, happily see Joseph again and again along with Hairspray.....you cant stop the motion of the ocean or the rain from above.

Tell us a little known fact about this glorious city of ours. The Queen’s official residence, Buckingham Palace , was built in 1702... on the site of a notorious brothel!

What makes you laugh? Anything and everything, I'm easy to please!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given? Don't sweat the small stuff.....its ALL small stuff!

How would your best friend describe you in three words? Just text best mate for this one and here is his response 'What, only three, not possible...urm....creative, switched on and warm'. Make of that what you will?!

What’s your favourite movie and why? Love the movies, can often be found checking out the latest at the cinema. Havent got one fav film - 'Crash'(2004) would be near the top for the stories in it and way they're all linked along with the chilled music, 'The Green Mile' and 'Van wilder:Party Liason' would also be up there.

Who do you call when you get good news? Best mate everytime

Which bit of your body do you like the least? After losing eight stone I'm v happy....yes i was a big boy!

Why didn’t you ask me about... the time I kicked an old Capital presenter in the head by mistake, the time I congratulated a famous female singer on being pregnant.... but she'd just put on weight - that was at the start of the interview, you can imagine how the rest of it went!! The time me and best mate went on a boat holiday in Spain, hired this awesome boat that slept four.....and then managed to lose it.....long an funny story that one, we found it in the end!

I’m most proud of... losing eight stone and being on Capital, grew up in London listening to it and always wanted to work here.

Worst job I ever had was... working in a fresh fish shop on Brewer Street in Soho , was only 14 and got all the worst jobs like cleaing out the guts, nice!

If I had to compete in the olympics it would be in... the swimming, rubbish at all other sport
