Lisa's keeping us posted on how her training for Strictly Come Dancing is going. At the moment, it's not sounding very glam!
I’m still training after the show every day trying to get my Salsa moves right for Saturday! I must say that I’m feeling the pressure after seeing how harsh the judges were with the boys on Saturday. So, I’m trying to remember and perfect my moves whilst spinning around faster than Mary Poppins!
I’m having loads of fun, but it gets nearer and nearer to the big performance I’m finding that I’m feeling a bit physically and mentally exhausted, my brain is getting fried, thank goodness for my wellwoman energise tablets every morning! With the early starts and late finishes I’m trying to look after myself as much as I can, a good foot soak every night is helping with the blisters... sexy! And jointace muscle rub is something that I can’t live without these days!
Right, must get back to the dance floor! I’ll be taking loads more photos in training this week, I’ve completely gone to the dark side and I’m now kitted out in Chrisanne dance wear head to toe like a pro (maybe it will help me with those moves!?) So watch this space for a few more snaps, you might catch a glimpse...
