Lisa chats to Simon Cowell about the X Factor

Simon reveals that in the early rounds of The X Factor the audience will now play a part in deciding who goes through. He said "What happened with Susan Boyle helped me change my mind about having an audience in the auditions. They sometimes see things the judges don't."
It's fair to say Simon seems pretty much convinced of his opinions (that is a polite way of putting it) , but Lisa gets this astonishing confession from him:
"I trust a crowd more than my own judgement."
