December 2012 - RULES
 
1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to Castledene Big Christmas Cash Giveaway radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Saturday 15th December 2012 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital North East

2,    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
 
Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to Castledene Shopping Centre on Saturday 15th December and complete an entry form.

4.    Four competition rounds will take place throughout the day, at 11.30,  12.30, 13.30, 14.30.  At the end of each hour entry period all entry forms will be entered into a draw and a contestant will be picked at random.  All entrants must return to the Capital stage area within Castledene Shopping Centre (at the time of the next draw, 1130, 1230, 1330 or 1430 on Saturday 15th December). 

5.   Entry for each comp round will be by completing an entry form in the 60 minutes preceding each round. We will then draw a name out and invite them to come to the stage and play the game.

5.    If your entry is drawn and you are not at the Capital stage on the relevant hour to your draw, then another contestant will be drawn at random and you will forfeit your chance to take part.  

6.    Each hour the chosen entrant will be asked to choose 3 boxes to open from a total of 10.

7.    3 of the boxes will contain Castledene logos and the other 17 will contain shopping voucher amounts ranging from £5 to £50.

8.    If the entrant opens the all 3 boxes containing the logos they win £25000, if not then they win the amount in shopping centre vouchers.

Eligibility:

6.    Employees of Capital Radio, Castledene and the retailers within Castledene are ineligible to enter.

7.    Entrants must be 18 or over.
 
Prize:

8.    The prize is a chance to win a holiday worth £25,000 if all three boxes contain the Castledene Logo or the value of the Castledene vouchers (Total vouchers value is £260).
