Capital North East: Summer Days with Tyne Tunnel

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Summer Days with Tyne Tunnel’ radio and twitter competition ("the Competition") which will run from 05/08/13 to 18/08/13 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital FM North East.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

 



1) Details of the Competition


1.1    To enter the Competition an Entrant must have collected an ‘I love Tyne Tunnels’ car sticker from Capital Street Stars or Tyne Tunnel offices and display it within their car/van.

1.2 Entrants must then listen to Capital FM North East between 06:00 on 5th August and finishing at 23.59 on 18th August.

1.3 At select points during this time, presenters will announce that the Capital Street Stars will be located at a Capital lane (identified by the Street Stars and a branded Capital car on either side of the tunnel.

1.4 Presenters will state the time the Street Stars will arrive and depart on air.

1.5 Entrants must present themselves at the Capital lane within the timeframe offered by the presenters and show their ‘I love Tyne Tunnel’ car sticker to the street stars.

1.6 A random on the spot prize will be offered to the driver if they complete the above. 


2)    Eligibility


2.1  17s and over only.

2.2 Must have a ‘I Love Tyne Tunnel’ car sticker in their car.

2.2 Must arrive at the Capital lane in the agreed timeframe as mentioned on air.
