CAPITAL FM ‘Hunt for the Hits’

 

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [Capitalfm.com]) apply to ‘Hunt for the Hits” competition ("the Competition") which will run between 06/02/12 until 23/02/12(“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is [105-106 Capital FM].
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

 

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must solve 1 of the 2 clues placed on the @bodgmattandjojo twitter account
2. One clue will be announced at 8am and the second at 4pm.
3. First person to break the clue and reply to @bodgmattandjojo on twitter with the correct answer will be the winner.
4. If @bodgmattandjojo receives a winner after the first clue at 8am – then the 4pm secondary clue will not be used.
5. The competition will take place each day with a new clue, Monday to Friday (13^th Feb – 17^th Feb) and then Monday – Friday (20^th Feb – 24^th Feb)
6. The winner will be identified on Twitter and the company’s decision is final over the winner, with discussions not entered into. 
7. The winner will be followed by @bodgmattandjojo and be requested to Direct Message their address details for the prize to be sent via post.
8. Capital FM will only allow one win per person. Should a previous winner be the first the tweet the correct answer on a subsequent day their entry will be discounted.
