CAPITAL FM BODG'S BUTTIES RULES

  1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Bodg's Butties” competition ("the Competition"). The duration runs from 23rd Jan 2012 - 27th April 2012  The "Radio Station" is [105-106 Capital FM].
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

1.1 Over 18's Only

1.2 1195 butties will be distributed over the course of 12 weeks (One shift per week and one buttie per person)

1.3 Each buttie bag will contain 1 x envelope inside - with branded message stating if the envelope is a winner or not.

1.4 Street Stars will visit 12 key transport hubs in the North East region over the course of the 12 weeks

1.5 Street Stars will choose people at random to receive the butties with 2 options of sandwich – either Sausage and Egg or Egg.

1.6 Street Stars decision on the recipients is final and discussion will not be entered into.

1.7 Capital FM will take no responsibility regarding allergies of the product with all ingredients identified on the packaging. Capital FM advise all participants to check the sandwich is sealed and if this is not the case, discard the product immediately.  

1.8 Listeners with a winning envelope must keep hold of the 'prize slip' for verification and must email their name and contact details to winner@capitalfm.com

1.9 Failure to provide the 'prize slip' will result in the prize being invalid and no prize substitute will be offered

2.0 All winners must contact Capital FM on email by 27th April 2012

2.1 Once the email has been received, Capital FM will arrange a time suitable to meet the winner and verify the prize and advise of the next steps.

1 x £1000
3 x Pamper day at our Salon and Spa, with lunch at Enfield’s Restaurant included. (For winner + Plus 1)
2 x Three Course Meal + drinks for two at our Greenhouse Brasserie  (drinks to the value of £20 per meal)
