Nick Clegg's in Sunderland later to announce a new city deal worth millions of pounds.
The Sunderland and South Tyneside deal will see the two councils and the goverment investing in a new business park at the Nissan plant in Washington, creating more than 5,000 jobs.
It's expected to be built by 2027
There'll also be money to develop the former Vaux brewery site with a further 3,700 jobs by 2031.
And £80 million is being spent building a new bridge over the River Wear.
