Armed Robbery At North Tyneside Pub

Police are investigating after an armed robbery at the Grey Horse in Camperdown.

It happened this morning (Monday 6th February) at the pub on Front Street.

A man and a woman were left with head injuries after 2 men went in a stole what police say was a 'substantial amount of cash'.

The men were wearing dark fleeces and masks.

They made off in a dark coloured Ford Escort.
