How to complain:
Any complaints made are logged onto the system on submission with details being passed onto the relevant department. We aim to deal with complaints immediately and will respond to acknowledge receipt of the complaint as soon as it is received by the relevant department. If under any circumstances a solution to the complaint cannot be agreed, a further compaint can be made with OFCOM . For advertising complaints, if we cannot find a solution the complaint can be taken up with the ASA.
