As Love Island contestants head into the villa, people start to dig into their social media accounts to see what they used to look like, and in one islanders case- 24-year-old Megan Barton Hanson's, she looks so different that people are now speculating about all the different surgery she has had done (and the answer seems to be, quite a bit).

Hello! Magazine have revealed pictures of the model from when she was 18, and they reckon she's had upwards of an eye watering £25,000 worth of work done over the years, including having her ears pinned back at the tender age of 14, which one of her old pals confessed to them, shady!

Alongside many, or rather, most of her fellow islanders, Megan has had the old lips plumped and some glorious white nashers fitted, which can almost compete with Jack's impressive smile. A suspected boob and nose job complete the list of suspected work the blonde bombshell has had done, and TBH, it's all pretty standard for contestants appearing on the show!
