The King of Pop died at his home of a suspected cardiac arrest, and already tributes have been flooding in from around the world.

Paramedics were called to his home in Los Angeles at around midday local time. He was transported by ambulance to the UCLA Medical Centre. Michael's brother, Jermaine, told reporters: "On arrival at 1.14pm a team of doctors including emergency physicians and cardiologists attempted to resuscitate him for one hour but they were unsuccessful." Michael Jackson was declared dead at about 2.26pm local time (10.26pm British time). Jermaine also called for the media to respect the privacy of the Jackson family at this time.

I have 2 special memories and they were my father telling me that we were going to see Michael at the O2 it was the best feeling ever and il never forget it :) My second memory was last year when Michael was at O2 in March i sat at the tv for 2 hours and screamed when he finally appeared and watched it over :D il allways love him no matter what anyonelse says. rip Michael Baby I love You More xx

  3. There is not one person who hasn't heard about Michael Jackson. He was a pure human being and his music inspired everyone who heard it. Wherever you are in this world, however old you are, Michael Jaskson's music will reach you and teach you the true meaning of life. He gave all he could, even when we gave none back.
    Michael Jackson will never really die, or leave us. He will stay in our hearts.

  10. well wot can we say bout the tragic death of the king of pop i heared at midnite of that nite woz in deep shocke then but cant believe hes gone but wot a tribute on the tv 4 him welll done 2 every1 & he wood off beenn sooo proud of his family & his lovely kids bleesss them soo cute xxhis music will live on 4 ever u rocked my world mj soooo u can now R.I.P xxgod blesss love me xxxxx
