What's the best story you've covered? The Heathrow climate change demo in summer 2007. I was there for a week and got really involved in what life is like for the campaigners. Or maybe the Tour de France, surrounded by lots of men in lycra.

Which news story would you love to have covered? The one where they count all the animals at London Zoo.

What's the best thing about working for Capital 95.8? They haven't banned Facebook yet.

Your most embarrassing on-air moment? Reading a news story about an elephant riding a bicycle underneath the Eiffel Tower with a string of onions round his neck. It was April Fools Day and someone had slipped the story into my bulletin without me noticing.

Favourite "and finally"? The one about the elephant riding a bicycle. Oh no, that was made up.

What advice would you give to wannabe journalists? Always double check your bulletins before you go to air!
