i ring all the time when its on and sometimes it starts ringing and im like realy excited and nervous thinking yay finally but in the end it cuts out :(

Hi everyone! Im really stressing out, cause I've been ringing to get tickets for AGES....I need advice of those who won through the phone!What happend?
I mean when I call it sounds like its busy but am I supposed to call and wait to see if anyone answers although it sounds as if its busy?
