RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/termsconditions/competition (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the ’Southeastern Trains' radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 20th July 2015 to Sunday 2nd August 2015 on Capital London (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com, and register their details.
2. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 20th of July and close on Sunday 2nd August 2015 23:59.
3. Entrants must tell us about their ‘Hidden Gems’ destination in up to 350 words.
4. A hidden gem is defined as a location or an attraction, and must be located within the boundaries of the map on the entry page.
5. Submissions must not be obscene or offensive.
6. From all Entrants, One Entrant will be randomly selected as the winner from all correct, and eligible entries.
7. Entries must be a maximum of 350 words.
8. By submitting a description/ image to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such video / an image / description and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image / description (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video/Image and description; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the content in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
9. The winner will be contacted by phone and/ or email within 7 days.
Eligibility:
10. The winner must be 18 years or over.
11. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
12. There is one prize of: £1,000 that will be supplied in the form of a cheque or bank transfer.

PRIZE INCLUDES:
Return train travel from UK mainland station to Shoreditch High Street, UK
2 x nights at a 4 star hotel in central London, in a twin/double room including:
Breakfast
3 hour tour around Shoreditch to see the hidden street art of the area
£75 Towards cocktails at a secret speakeasy bar & lunch at a rooftop restaurant
· A family of 4 consists of 2 adults & 2 children aged 14 years old or under on the dates of travel
· Accommodation is based on a family of 4 sharing a family room unless specified otherwise
· Specified accommodation, restaurants & tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability
· Individual supplier terms & conditions apply
· Winners should allow up to 30 days for their prize to be confirmed
· All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time
· Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered
· Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, new year, valentine’s day, public holidays in the UK
· Winners will be required to sign & complete a winner information & prize acceptance form in order to enable IMS to book their prize trip
· Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 30 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner form unless stated otherwise
· Winner must provide 3 requested travel dates with at least 30 days’ notice and at least one month apart.
· Prize must be taken before 30th September 2016
· Prizes are not transferable unless specified otherwise
· Winners must have access to a personal email account
· Winners will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit

• Vintage bike hire for the day so you can cycle along the promenade

Prize Terms and Conditions
A family of 4 consists of 2 adults, & 2 children aged 14 years old or under, on the dates of travel
