RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to the ‘Pay A Pal’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 09/04/2014 to 17/04/2014 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital London. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com/london and register their details alongside one story about why they need to be paid back. Online entry will open at 6am on Wednesday 9th April 2014 and close at 10am on the 17th April 2014.
Entrants need to fill in the online registration page, enter their details and enter one story about why they need to be paid back to enter the competition.

Winners will be selected on the following criteria:
A story that is funny and creates entertaining and engaging content on Capital London Breakfast.  
The final decision for announcing winners is determined by Capital Programming. This decision is final.
Winners will be notified by phone and announced on air on the Capital London Breakfast Show that they have won.

Eligibility:
Entrants must 18 or over to enter.
Multiple entries are not permitted – duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
Each winner will win £500 cash to be paid via Pay Pal.

Prize Terms and Conditions:
The prize will be provided by Pay Pal (UK) Limited. Pay Pal take full responsibility for prize fulfillment.
Winners will be paid directly into their Pay Pal account. If the winner does not have a Pay Pal account, they will need to create one in order to redeem their prize.
