RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions apply to ‘Coca Cola Gift of Giving’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 19th December 2011 to 1st January 2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is 95.8 Capital FM.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
There are two methods of entry
Entry method 1:
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message starting with the keyword “Gift’ to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The Text Message Line will open at 06:00 on 19th December 2011 and will close at 10:30 on January 1st 2012.
1.2 Listeners will be invited to text the key word ‘Gift’ to the station short code and nominate someone who is working this Festive period, explaining who they are, what they do and why they deserve the prize.
Entry method 2:
1.3 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com and register their details, and nominate someone who is working this Festive period, explaining who they are, what they do and why they deserve the prize. Online entry will open at 06:00 on 19th December 2011 and will close at 10:30 on January 1st 2012.
1.4 Entrants will be invited to fill out an online entry form and nominate someone who is working this Festive period, explaining who they are, what they do and why the deserves the prize.
Selection process
1.5 The most deserving entrants, as judged by Capital production staff, will be picked out of the entries. Selected nominees will be called up and awarded with £500 to treat themselves, a hamper and a crate of Diet Coke and Coca Cola.
1.6 The nominees will via both entry methods be judged by the station production team based on the most deserving and entertaining story. The nominee will be phoned, their permission sought to use their call on air and they will be awarded their prize on air.
1.7 Nominations will be picked at each of the times and dates below from all entries up to that point. Once a nomination has been selected that entry will be removed from the database and will no longer be eligible to win.
1.8 Entrant selections and rounds will take place as follows:
Thursday 22nd December
2 nominees will be selected at midday and contacted by the Radio Station to record a round for broadcast in a pre-recorded show that will transmit on 25th December)

1.9 All winners will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If nominated entrants fail to answer their phone or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another nominee will be selected.
2) Prize
2.1 There will be 10 prizes. Each winner will win £500 cash plus a food hamper containing an assortment of seasonal food and 1 x 24 case of 330ml Diet Coke and 1 x 24 case of 330ml Coca Cola.
3) Eligibility
3.1 Entrants cannot nominate themselves.
3.2 The nominated person (‘The winner’) may need to be available to receive the hamper and drinks on the day of the competition going to air, preferably at their place of work. However if their place of work is outside the M25 a delivery address within the M25 will need to be provided.
