Dubai Tourism Breakfast Promotion on Capital London/Digital, November 2017

RULES

1.     The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Dubai Breakfast Promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 20th November to 23rd November 2017 on Capital FM (the “Radio Station”).

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword given out on air and their answer to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4.     Entrants must correctly answer the question given out on air by the presenter. The presenter will describe a landmark or object they can see each day. Entrants will need to correctly identify what they are describing.  From all entrants, 1 winner will be selected at random and bought to air. The presenter will repeat the question, if they answer correctly they will be notified immediately and awarded their prize. If they are incorrect another entrant will be selected. 

5.     All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random. This process will continue until a winner is selected on each day of the competition. 

Eligibility

6.     Entrants and their guest must be 18 years old or above, have a valid passport which is valid for a further 6 months from commencement of travel and must be allowed to enter (or re-enter) UAE with the relevant visa if needed.

7.     Entrants must be available to travel from London Heathrow or London Gatwick on the following date: Thursday 23rd November returning Monday 27th November. The dates are strictly non-transferrable. 

8.     Final winner on Thursday 23rd November will land in Dubai on Friday 24th November and return Monday 27th November. 

9.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

·       4 nights at Jumeirah Beach Hotel Thursday 23rd November – Monday 27th November 2017. Final winner on Thursday 23rd November will stay for 3 nights between Friday 24th November – Monday 27th November 2017.

·       x2 tickets to attend a Capital Sundowner event at Jumeirah Beach Lounge on Friday 24th November

·       2x tickets to Le Perle show

·       2x tickets to Dubai Parks & Resorts

Prize Terms and Conditions: 

12.  Prize is two Emirates Economy Class tickets to Dubai travelling from London Heathrow or London Gatwick on 23rd November 2017. 

13.  The prize must be used by the winner & companion travelling together. 

14.  Flight bookings are subject to availability.  Tickets are non-reroutable, non-transferable, non-refundable & have no cash value. All routes & bookings are subject to change & availability. The costs of UK transfers, parking, meals, spending money and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.

15.  Rooms at the Jumeirah Beach hotel will be a standard room for x2 people (double or twin) on a bed and breakfast basis. Checking in on Thursday 23rd November 2017 and checking out Monday 27th November 2017. Final winner announced on Thursday 23rd November will check in on Friday 24th November and check out Monday 27th November. Any room service or costs or any incidental expenses charged back to the room will be at the winners own expense and a valid credit card will be needed when checking in.

16.  Please note that the Le Perle voucher is good for two (2) tickets, Category Silver which are valid for performances from November 23rd until November 25th 2017 only. All shows are subject to availability and performance schedule and prices are subject to change without notice. This offer has no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer and is not valid towards previously purchased tickets. La Perle reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend this offer at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.

17.  Dubai Parks and Resorts tickets are valid for 1 full day and are to be redeemed between 23rd – 26th November 2017. This comp ticket is strictly non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value, or any other option. Once you have redeemed the letter in exchange for a ticket, the ticket will be valid until November 26th 2017. Ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Dubai Parks and Resorts reserves the right to change any part of the promotion, including the prize at any time. Other terms and conditions may apply. 

18.  Capital Sundowner event will be at Jumeriah Beach Lounge on Friday 24th November 2017 between 1600-2000. Winners and their guests will be wristbanded and taken to reserved tables. They will receive limited beer, wine and soft drinks and be served nibbles during the event. Once the tab/event ends winners will be responsible for purchasing their own drinks and food for the remainder of the night.

20.  Winners and their companions will be required to sign a release form, which will include:

1.     An undertaking to abide by the local laws and customs while in Dubai and while   travelling to and from Dubai;

2.     Releasing Global from all and any responsibility for a failure to abide by Dubai’s local laws and customs;

3.     Indemnifying Global against all losses, expenses, damages and costs incurred by or awarded against Global as a result of a failure to abide by Dubai’s local laws and customs; 

21.  Winners and their companions will forfeit their chance to accept the prize if they do not sign the release form (or fail to abide by this or any other instruction given by Global or their representatives). A new winner may be selected at random.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
