Decline Raye feat. Mr Eazi Download 'Decline' on iTunes
Example and Professor Green are both well known for being a bit angry on Twitter, but whose account gives you the most laughs? We've rounded-up some of both rappers' best tweets to help you choose.
In his latest rant on Twitter, Professor Green posted a picture of his damaged car and hit out at the person who had bumped into it before driving off. He wrote: "Big up who ever crashed into my car while it was parked and sped off. My neighbour got your details b***h!" Picture: Twitter
In arguably one of the funniest Twitter feuds, Example angered an entire town in November when he suggested that most of the criticism he got on the social-networking website came from people who lived in Wigan. "What Twitter needs is a block button for the whole of Wigan. Most abuse is from Wigan. Are there any nice people in Wigan?” he asked. The rapper's comments made front page news in the town.
Professor Green was frustrated early on in this series of The X Factor when his Twitter followers kept comparing him to contestant James Arthur. His answer? Well, quite simply, he wrote: "I've not caught xfactor but I'm getting quite tired of this James Arthur stuff. if I see him and we look nothing alike you can all burn."
It was summer 2011 when Example decided to poke fun at Alexandra Burke, joking about her age with his followers. "29 is my real age by the way. My PR age is 24. Everyone has a different age for the media. Alexandra Burke is actually 41. Miaow," he wrote. Example's comments saw him widely criticised, not only by Alexandra but also her friends in The Saturdays.
Irked by his perceived lack of promotion for one of his singles, Professor Green hit out at his record label in the summer, claiming that they hadn't been working hard enough to promote the release. "How would you feel if a company taking 25% of your earnings weren't doing their jobs properly?", he asked his followers.
If you ever want to praise Example for topping the charts, then make sure you choose your nouns correctly. "I hate it when people say 'congrats'. But now I say congrats as well. So I hate myself. Damn," Example wrote recently.
When news that Professor Green was dating Millie Mackintosh first surfaced, the 'Read All About It' rapper was criticised by some fans and journalists for dating the Made In Chelsea star. But instead of being offended, he said he should be applauded for securing one of the most eligible women in the UK. "I love hearing I've lost my 'street cred' for two reasons," he wrote. "1. the people writing these stories work for the least credible sources of information in the world. 2. have you seen my mrs? I don't get told I'm losing my 'street cred' (who the f*** even says 'street cred'?), I get high fives."
Example came under fire earlier this year when he mocked Cher Lloyd's debut single 'Swagger Jagger' after it leaked online. He said: "Cher Lloyd's single has been leaked. The biggest crime since she got a record deal." In another tweet, he later added: "Dear Cher Lloyd fans, yes Cher Lloyd has 200,000 more followers than me but 300,000 of them are her cousins."
As if Kristen Stewart didn't get enough criticism after her alleged affair earlier this year, Professor Green also poked fun at The Twilight Saga star. He wrote on his Twitter page: "Being a cheating sl*tbag aside I actually feel sorry for Kristen Stewart. She may as well have cheated on justin bieber. #careersuicide."
And finally, if there's one thing that really makes Example angry, it's salted popcorn. "Only d***heads eat salted popcorn. Desperate d***heads with salt issues."
So then, who do you think is more angry? Professor Green certainly doesn't hold back any punches when it comes to criticising people who he deems aren't quite working to full capacity. The rapper is also quick to hit back at any negative criticism - especially when it comes to his personal life. Meanwhile, Example's managed to offend a whole town and Alexandra Burke. So which would choose? If one thing is for sure it's that they're two pop stars you DEFINITELY need to follow on Twitter.
