Third up on the Jingle Bell Ball it's none other than our very own grime star Tinchy Stryder.
- You're Not Alone: His latest single which originally features Meredith Edwards. Peaked at #14 in the UK. Samples the very famous club classic of the same name by Olive.
- Take Me Back (w/ Taio Cruz): The first single of his latest album 'Catch 22'. Went to #3 in the UK and features none other than Taio Cruz.
- Never Leave You (w/ Amelle from the Sugababes): His second number one in the UK - this smash hit was the first to break the impeccable chart run by Black Eyed Peas's 'I Gotta Feeling' (which went to number 1 in 22 countries, so that's no mean feat!).
- Number 1 (w/ N-Dubz): His first number 1. Spent three weeks at the top spot and remains one of the biggest hits of the year.
If anyone defined urban Brit hop in 2009, it's gotta be Tinchy Strider right? 1 million records sold this year. 'Star In The Hood' indeed!
He's starting with 'You're Not Alone'
Bling! Bling! Bling! We like his necklaces. Our £6 signet ring from down the market looks a bit rubbish in comparison though.
"How you feeling out there tonight?" Even better now that 'Take Me Back''s playing, thanks for asking Tinchy. Look who's turned up, it's only his bezzie and co-writer Taio Cruz. Hello Taio!
Who do you think has got the better sunglasses,eh? Taio or Tinchy?
We can report...THE SUNGLASSES HAVE COME OFF! Oh wait, they've gone back on again. Now it's time for one of our favourites love songs of the year. 'Never Leave' featuring the ever glamorous Amelle from the Sugababes. And she's wearing a cat suit!
"I need everyone to put their hands up!" We're doing that Tinchy, but it's getting harder to type.
His set has been pretty star-studded, frankly. Well it's only getting bigger with 'Number 1' featuring...Dappy from N Dubz!
