As Claire prepares to take on almost 80 miles of running across the East Mids, she's faced a few hurdles...

Dale the 'physio and fitness guru' put her through her paces, we think you can see the moment she realised how much of a huge challenge she's about to take on!

Claire's really enjoying the training though...

The sports massage didn't go too well TBH.

Because the Capital listeners are so generous you raised enough money to make Pete from Capital Breakfast run 1 mile with Claire and Producer Brainz has to run 2 miles during the Triple Marathon Challenge! Their training is probably going worse than Claire's!

Dino from Capital Breakfast felt like the challenge wasn't big enough for the guys so upped the ante!

Training has been pretty tough on Claire.

Finding the motivation to go out for a run has been even harder.

But remembering why she's taking on this crazy challenge is gonna get her through the toughest of miles.

WOW WOWWOW. Thank you @EarFoundation

THIS is why I'm running 3 marathons next week.
