Teens Arrested After Derby Stabbing

Four teenagers have been arrested after a 17-year-old was stabbed in Derby.

It happened on Monday night and a 20-year-old man was also hurt, Capital's been told.

Police say things kicked off on Normanton Road at around 6.50pm on December 29 when they were called to reports of youths fighting in the street.

The 17-year-old victim, who's from Normanton, is being treated in hospital for a puncture wound in his back, while the 20-year-old man, also from the area, received minor injuries.

Three 17-year-olds and a 14-year-old, who are all from Derby, were arrested yesterday and overnight last night December 30/31 in connection with an assault.  They all remain in police custody.
