CCTV Appeal After Derbyshire Costa Theft

Police investigating a theft at a Costa Coffee in Derbyshire have released images to Capital of a woman they want to speak to in connection to it.

It's after an old man left his wallet on the counter at the Albion Centre branch in Ilkeston - It was picked up by a woman who placed it in her handbag and was seen to go to the coffee shop’s toilet.

She later handed the wallet in but when it was given back to the victim, he realised a large amount of cash had been stolen from inside.

Officers investigating the theft have now issued CCTV images of a woman they want to speak to in connection with the incident.
