Kids Investigated for Online Abuse

Hundreds of children are investigated for online abuse but children in Leicester are trying to stop it.

Almost 2,000 children in the UK have been investigated by police over things like online abuse in the past three years.

More than 1,200 have been charged.

The figures include things from bullying on social media sites, to malicious phone calls and texts.

'People don't deserve to be bullied'

Teenagers in Leicester have told Capital that they've made their own video on Bullying to make sure people know how hurtful it can be.

The Youth Jag project is designed and managed by a group of 20 teenagers from the New Parks area.

They want to change people's perception of young people.
