RULES

  1. 1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com apply to ‘Jimmy’s World Grill, Derby’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 29.01.12 to 03.02.12 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital East Midlands
  2. 2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must: 

Send a text message with the [word ‘GET MEAL’ to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

 

      2. Entrants are selected at random. There will be 9 questions, for each correctly answered question the listener will receive another   place at their table for a guest.  

      3. The winner will be taken live to air and be informed there and then!  A member of Global will then contact the winner to detail their   prize. 

Eligibility: 

      4. All Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

      5. Multiple entries are permitted – you can enter as many times as you like.

Prize:

      6. Full (all you can eat buffet) meal + 1 round of soft drinks per person for up to 10 people dependant on listener’s competition results          at the Launch Party of Jimmy’s World Grill, Riverside Walk, Derby on Wednesday 8th February. Prize is non transferable and not                redeemable for cash. Any drinks or food additional to the first round of soft drinks and complimentary meals must be paid for by the          winner and their guests.
