Trek Sahara 2009
Join us on an incredible journey across the Sahara Desert. This 100km trek through the world's largest desert will challenge you with its shifting sand dunes, dazzling white salltpans and vast plains, but the rewards are enormous with breathtaking sunsets, panoramic views, and shimmering mirages.
The trek offers a diverse range of scenery and challenging terrain with deep gorges, rocky plateaux and hidden oases as we follow in the footsteps of the Tuareg Nomads with a caravan of camels to lighten our load.
Experience a new nomadic pace of life – rise with the sun, seek shade at a desert oasis and fall asleep under a blanket of stars. The journey ends in the magical city of Marrakech, set against the stunning backdrop of the snow capped High Atlas Mountains.
The trek will take place on 23rd October to 1st November 2009 .
