James Corden donates BRITs fee to charity

Brit Awards host James Corden is to donate his presenting fee to charity.

He'll give the cash, thought to be £50,000, to Comic Relief. Corden returns to the show for a second presenting stint - on Tuesday.

Corden's fans have sent him loads of tweets praising his decision. 'One of the nicest stars in Britain' is how one fan described him.

The Gavin and Stacey star then tweeted, 'Thanks for your kind messages about giving my Brits fee to comic relief. It felt the right thing to do. I'm glad you agree xxx.'

It's the second time Corden has hosted the event. In 2009 he co-hosted alongside Mat Horne and Kylie Minogue.
