The 'Video Games' singer won her second BRIT award in two years at the 2013 ceremony.

Lana Del Rey was named the best International Female Solo Artist tonight (20th February) at the BRIT Awards 2013 live from London's O2 Arena.

The 'Born To Die' singer was presented with the gong by Dermot O'Leary and Sharon Osbourne, after winning out over the likes of Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Cat Power and Alicia Keys.

Lana, who picked up International Breakthrough at last year's ceremony, made her way to the stage with her hair down in a side plait while wearing a black sleeved dress.

"Thank you so much," Lana said to open her acceptance speech. "I live here and I love it here, and I wrote my record here!

"I'm honoured, thank you to my managers and my label Polydor for helping turn my life into a work of art.

"To the good company that I'm in [as well], very exciting, thank you so much," Lana added.

The BRITs 2013 has already seen the likes of Emeli Sande, Mumford & Sons and Ben Howard named award winners at this evening's music industry event.
