Student Loan Calculator

If you are thinking about going to university you can now get a better idea how much it is going to cost you.

The Student Loans Company has been working with university's including those in Birmingham, to create a new online calculator. You can use it to work out how much you will pay back if you decide to go to university in 2012/13.

Michelle Wickenden is the student financial consultant for the West Midlands, she said: “We’ve worked with all the West Midlands' universities to get the most up to date information available on the tuition fees they will be charging next year, as well as scholarships and bursaries that may be available."

CALCULATOR

This new calculator claims to be the first to show how much support is available up front to help with university costs.
