A soldier from the West Midlands who suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder says anything can trigger a reaction especially news stories like the recent Iraq Inquiry

 Former Sergeant John Hill was diagnosed a few years ago after serving in the army for almost 19 years.

The 47 year old has just completed the 22 for 22 challenge to raise awareness of the illness.

The challenge is currently going around Facebook at the moment to do 22 push ups for 22 days after it started in America earlier this year and is now happening across the UK

John wanted to take part to urge veterans to make that all important phone call for help as - on average 22 veterans commit suicide every day in the states:
