Birmingham Penguins Predict England Will Win World Cup Match

19 June 2014, 13:09

Penguins at the National Sea Life Cntre in Birmingham predict the World Cup scores.

The latest prediction from the Gentoo penguins for the World Cup match tonight which will see England take on Uruguay, suggest that England will take victory.

Last week the creatures predicted a draw for England in their opening game against Italy which then ended 2-1.

Curator James Robson said: "Our Gentoos are really enthusiastic and love playing new games so have quickly got into the spirit of choosing the winning flags."

The penguins have been examining the country's flags for each head-to-head game and choosing which they think represents the winning team by hopping on to the rock it is leant against.

When they are unable to choose a winner, they have been scrambling on to the middle ground.

England need a win from tonight's match to keep their world cup hopes alive.
