Run For Home With Capital

Run For Home 2014 6

Run For Home 2015

The concept is very simple:

Hundreds of Capital listeners will gather at The Genting Arena on the morning of Sunday 12th July. We will then transport them to a secret location up to 100 miles away from Birmingham. It’s then down to the teams to make their way back home the quickest! There’s one other rule: You can’t use any cash to get back!

Global's Make Some Noise LogoSupported by Lookers Vauxhall, Run for Home with Capital is all about the fun. it’s an epic way to raise cash for charity whilst having the best day out with your friends. In recent years hundreds of listeners have dressed up and this year, we've got even more teams than last year! Registration has now closed but you can still join us on the day to support the teams as they arrive back at the Genting Arena.

Each team is made up of 4 people whether it be your neighbours, friends from the pub or your work mates. You just need to be up for a huge laugh and be able to raise some cash for our charity Global's 'Make Some Noise' – Help us raise thousands of pounds and change young lives across the UK including here in Birmingham. In the last year thanks to your help we have been able to help charities such as Birmingham's Children Hospital, PHAB and Acorn's Hospice. The money you help raise will make a huge difference, find out more about what we have been able to do in the last year here. www.makesomenoise.com

And it’s not just about getting home the quickest. There will also be a prize for the most creative return back to The Genting Arena. In previous years, we've had fire engines, hummers, a diverted coach and even horseback!
