The 'Whip My Hair' star says she got on well with 'Super Bass' rapper Nicki while filming their new music video.
Willow Smith says she got on well with rapper Nicki Minaj while shooting the video to their joint single 'Fireball'.
The 'Whip My Hair' star's music video for her new single was filmed in November and premiered on BET earlier this month (7th December).
"We just kind of vibed off each other and had fun," Willow told Billboard, regarding the two artists' relationship on set.
Willow is due to release her debut studio album in April next year, and promises the record will have a message of "kid empowerment".
"It's gonna make them feel like they have control over their lives and can do what they want to and be the person they want to be."
The 11 year-old singer promised fans the album will have a more R&B feel than her previous singles 'Whip My Hair' and '21st Century Girl'.
Previously thought to be titled 'You Think You Know ME', Willow's retitled album 'Knees and Elbows' will be released on 3rd April 2012.
