The 'OMG' star will perform two shows as the lead act in the theatre production later this month.

Usher has been confirmed to make a return to the theatre stage to perform as the lead role in the off-Broadway show 'Fuerza Bruta: Look Up'.

The 'Pop Ya Collar' star will join the cast for two shows at the end of this month on 28th April in New York City.

The show, which translates into "brute force" sees the audience stood throughout as the artists perform above them in what is described as a "watery world" involving high energy dancing, aerial imagery and acrobatics.

Meanwhile, the R&B star was confirmed to play Sugar Ray Leonard earlier this year in a new boxing biopic called Hands Of Time.

Usher is also currently putting the final touches on his new studio album entitled 'Looking For Myself' and has confirmed he's teamed up with Labrinth and Justin Bieber on tracks for the record.
